Pre-payment
All advertising must be paid in full before your ad campaign beings. We accept credit cards or Pay Pal. All funds must be transmitted in United States currency only. All advertising purchases are non-refundable.
Cancellation Clause
We reserve the right to terminate any advertising for any reason. If such termination occurs, we will refund your account a prorated amount based on the time or impressions already served.
Banner Advertisements
Cancellations of purchases for banner advertisements prior to receipt of payment will be subject to a 20% cancellation fee.
Statistics
Liddyshow.com makes no guarantee of impressions, click-throughs, click-through ratios, or any other advertising statistics, except that banner ad impressions purchased, are guaranteed to load. Liddyshow.com shall not be held liable for any claims as they relate to said statistics as Liddyshow.com provides advertisers with statistics only as a courtesy to the advertisers.
Advertisement Content
We reserve the absolute right to reject any advertising creatives, copy, or URLs submitted to us based on our good judgment. If you have any questions at all about whether specific graphics or copy is acceptable, please contact us as soon as possible.
Limitation on Damages
Liddyshow.com shall not be liable for any costs or damages if for any reason it fails to electronically publish and/or display an advertisement. In no event shall Liddyshow.com
G. Gordon Liddy, or partners thereof, be liable for any damages.
Assignment
You may not assign this agreement, in whole or in part. Any attempt to assign this agreement will be null and void.
Governing Law, Arbitration, and Venue
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the States of Massachusetts, Maryland & Florida. Any disputes arising under this agreement will be resolved by binding arbitration, to take place in Massachusetts, Maryland or Florida
